Save time and money
Pay your water and waste water charges by using one of the following options
Remember all references are specific to each property, so if you move within the Manukau area you will need to update your details with Manukau Water Limited.
Interest and Admistration fees will be charged on any amounts overdue – ensure your payment reaches us by the due date.
By Direct Debit
This method allows you to pay your account automatically and allows us to directly debit your bank account. The details of your direct debit (the date the payment will be debited and the amount) are printed at the bottom of your water account.
A form is available from Customer Accounts, just telephone 265 4488 to arrange one to be sent to you or click (Direct Debit 39.0kb) to download the form.
Electronic banking by telephone or Internet
This method allows you to pay your water account directly from
your bank. You will need to include your 8 digit customer account
number when doing this. If you have any questions just call our
team on (09) 265 4488 for further details. If you are paying
multiple water accounts please fax your remittance advice to (09)
265 4492.

Please note, however, should you shift to another house in Manukau City, you will need to update your property details.
In person
You can pay your account at any NZ Post Shop, Books and More outlets during business hours. Please note you will need to take your bar-coded invoice with you. Eftpos is available although currently Water Accounts cannot be paid by credit card.
By Post
Simply post your remittance advice and cheque in the freepost
reusable envelope. Please do not send cash by mail.
If you do not have your reusable envelope, please post your cheque
and remittance form to:
