Manukau Water Limited is responsible for the water and wastewater services of Manukau City, and therefore, you will require our approval before you undertake various activities. This pack shows you which activities require our approval, and contains the information and forms to help you do this.
Please note that this pack will generally be submitted in conjunction with a “Building Consent Application” for Manukau City Council. However, you can apply for your Manukau Water Limited approval separately.

Please also note that Manukau Water Limited’s approval for the development on your property does not constitute approval of a building consent application.
