A fee is charged to cover the costs of special/final readings.
Are You Buying a Property?
If you have bought a property, the vendors’ Solicitor will arrange a final account and pay the water and or wastewater charges up to the date of settlement. You may wish to check with your Solicitor that this will be done.If you are the tenant and you are moving in or moving out of a property please contact your Landlord.
