BENEFITS

Wellness Programme
Manukau Water Limited promotes healthy lifestyles both in and outside of work.  Fresh fruit is provided daily, along with onsite massages once a month.  Flu vaccinations are available and health checks are carried out annually.  We work closely with Vitality Works who have developed a wellness programme for us, involving group training sessions and resiliency workshops.

Health Insurance
All team members are eligible to join our scheme with Southern Cross Healthcare and receive discounted premiums.

EAP Services
Manukau Water Limited has contracted an independent organisation Employee Assistance Programmer Services to provide a professional assistance for a wide range of issues. They are available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.
